Where in Dunmurry did you see the one for £35?

  • Well after reading the 1st two replys i says to myself , what the heck just pay the £35 quid . The shop is located about 50 yards past the low bridge on dunmurry lane heading towords the village . Anyhow gets down there and guess what . The place is shut , closed down with a for sale sign . Couldnt believe it . If you know Dunmurry , do you know has this guy set up shop somewhere else ? It was a hardware store .
  • I coincidently phoned Dunmurray DIY last week- trying to hire some equipment - the guy on the phone told me he was about to shut up shop - no hint of moving elsewhere.......great wee store, sad to see it gone.

If you are looking for a small wheelie bin that will take 2/3 black bin liners, B&Q do one for 29.98. You can view it here

Theres a place in Lisburn as you go from 'city' centre out towards the motorway. Poundshop type place on left hand side before petrol station. They have wheelie bins on footpath outside shop for around £30.

Have you checked your local council? I bought mine from Down Council and it was only about £28.

Yup, I've ordered mine from North Down BC, think it cost £22. Only thing is, I got a call a week after I'd ordered it telling me they wouldn't be able to deliver it for 6-8 WEEKS! Can't remember how long ago that was now, but having no black bin is a pain in the bum!

Phone your local council it will be cheaper than the shops - and they'll probably deliver it as well.
