Vanquis payments

in Credit cards
Hi i have been trying to pay £170 off my credit card but it wont take the payment through there online portal.
Tried with my santander and lloyds debit card.
Had to cancel the santander payments as switching from there account soon.
Also tried lloyds but said its rejected. The money is sitting in my account.
Anyone else had problems recently.
Only think i can do is standing order if the final time i tried with lloyds card came back rejected.

Send the money by Faster Payment from either of your bank accounts. Your statement will give you Vanquis' sort code and account number. Reference will be your 16-digit account number.0
