    Thank you for your help.

    I have implemented your suggestions and sent the appeal off to POPLA. One final question if I may, do you suggest I collate any evidence of signage etc and submit this to POPLA or should I leave this for TPS Ltd to do?

    I would get it and hold it in reserve in case the signs they supply are not correct - it has been known that PPC's have provided photos of completely different sites.

    If they are going to challenge your appeal you will get their evidence pack a few days before the assessment date. Check it thoroughly for anything that you wish to bring to the assessors attention including the photos - you can then send a letter to POPLA highlighting any discrepencies.
