    For 50 years house prices have underpinned the UK economy and wealth throughout the nation!!

    When I bought my first property in the 60's I paid the market price, today when I buy a rental property I pay the market price .... the seller in the 60's received a profit .... the seller yesterday made a profit.

    My property portfolio value does not make any generation suffer at all, what utter tripe you have written.

    I work with many young people, they are all buying property .... no more difficult than when I bought in the 1960's!

    Maybe you are angry because you are struggling to buy and have to rent? I'm very sorry about that, really I am .... but, there have always been winners and losers in the world, it's just as it is - sadly.

    If Karma exists then I hope that you can become a winner ...... I doubt I will be a loser helping out people by renting my properties to them?
