You have proved that you weren't there by talking utter cobblers ....

You're wasting your time trying the trolling tactics, I'm too used to it. You won't get the reaction you're hoping for.

Over on the forum hpc.co.uk they have decided to combat the lack of house price crash by investing in New Zealand bank accounts which pay a high rate of interest. Except their post codes dont work so they cant.

They are in general disarray. They are running hither and yon. A 1% fall to them now will be like nectar to a man dying of thirst in the dessert.

They are running around like headless chickens ..... Their savings are earning 1.5% and property is increasing by 10% per annum.

No tax to pay on the 10% - but 40% tax to pay on the 1.5%!

A perfect storm for them and I warned them about it a year ago, they asked me to leave as they stuck their collective heads in the sand.

I was giving them the info. to make them rich beyond their dreams .... am I laughing at them? Well, yes, I AM! Karma .......

On the contrary, I decline to engage further with what you post because it is less than charitable to enter into a battle of wits with an unarmed man.

Perhaps they don't but they also don't have to listen to the demented rantings of seemingly senile and rather sad posters on an internet forum.

I generally do think that buying a house now is probably easier than it was in the past, and that there is a general sense of entitlement and apathy that surrounds the young. But this is the by-product of the selfish and avaricious society that was created by those born and raised in the 50s, 60s and 70s.

This generation might not have houses, but they've travelled to places you could never have dreamed in your youth, had access to information and enlightenment that was the reserve of the rich and are able to enjoy technology that was beyond the imagination even a few decades ago.

It's true - this generation have access to infinitive knowledge .... but not to wisdom, and that's where the old people come in.

They see their facebook friends going around the world, buying houses, marrying, having children, buying new cars, advancing in careers ...... this instils a sense of loss in the youngsters, which brings on depression .... and a hatered of the older generation who had a simpler, more basic, life.
