NEFF Washer Dryer Problem

Can any one recommend a good washing machine repair company based in North London???

My parents have a NEFF integrated washing machine/tumble dryer.

The issue is with the tumble dryer - specifically it starts the process and dry's for about 2 minutes and then stops. The cycle continues but without any actual drying happening - a part from the first 2 minutes.

I am thinking it is some sort of blockage leading to the drying function tripping out.

The problem is that even after repeated visits from the manufacturer they still cant fix the problem and my parents can't afford to fork out 850 pounds for a new one

Can anyone help at all - I have allot of hope that I will be able to find some recommendations or ideas on moneysavingexpert

My parents really can't afford to splash out £850+ at this stage in their life
