    Dear ALL, I have a question and need advice. I was issued a ccj in 2012, which I started making payments towards. along the way, the company that I owed got shut down on account of fraud and the debt collectors as well got shut down too.

    My direct debit bounced and that was how I got to know. I had no one to make payments to.
    I applied to the court for judgement to be set aside based on the above and it was granted.

    What is the next step for me at this point?
