Just to say if you want to email the PPC, it's not '[EMAIL="enforcement@parkingeye.com"]enforcement@parkingeye.com[/EMAIL]' it's:
[EMAIL="enforcement@parkingeye.co.uk"]enforcement@parkingeye.co.uk[/EMAIL]
...but the main thing is to ensure a robust defence is in, & to read up on it. The NEWBIES thread section on small claims has lots of info to read, including cases won. Tell us when you've had a good read around and got the Parking Prankster's Guide to defending a PE claim. Tell us also the date of the court papers and whether you have submitted any defence at all yet, you only had 28 days plus a few days for service.
