I've been trying for around 2 months to join and have given up trying many times.
I think you should take note of the reason as I'm sure its putting many others off for the same reason.
The Captcha is unreadable for most of the time,one word is readable the other in some kind of text that even my 24 yr old son who doesn't need glasses couldn't read.
The notice that your password is not a safe one..I probably had that many times but hadn't seen it,thinking it was the fault of the Captcha,this should be noticeable if its the reason for the problem.
When sending the email to make you aware of the problem I received a computer generated email that was customer services at its worst.
You do not have 10 million members and I'm pretty sure you like Butlins can have a moderation team that could help reply to questions.
If Butlins can do it with 4 staff I'm sure you can too.
This isn't moaning for no reason,it's to make you aware of concerns that I'm sure others have too
