P4P ticket newbie help?

Options
Hi so i live in north london on a council estate.

One morning my nieghbour wakes me up shouting your getting a ticket i run downstairs to see a ticket on my windscreen, i walk up to the attendant whos about 5 cars down i grab my permit from my car and show him. he says oh sorry i didnt see your permit and rips up the ticket.

So a couple weeks later i start getting letters from TNC telling me to pay up on behalf of P4Parking. i chose to ignore it and i got one now telling me court actions going to be taken.

sent an appeal to P4P today telling them whats happened any advice from any one?

thanks

Wait for their rejection then ignore them. But complain to the council explaining what happened and saying that you have a permit (worthless scrap paper) to park there

mmm its a privately owned council estate so its run by a housing association Southern Homes, the last letter from TNC stated they would advise P4P to take legal action in court, so i won't be needing to go court any time soon right?

Also the contravention happend on the 8th of Februaru i challenged it yesterday will this be a problem? is there a deadline to challenge?

    thanks

Yes there was a deadline as you will see from the fake PCN of course! However, when was the TNC letter sent to you (the first one?). What date?

Please show us what words you sent in your 'appeal' because in fact, as registered keeper you may still be in time to appeal. TNC won't agree, but tell us your dates.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
