Can experienced users please look at the following letters from I.C.C Legal Services and let me know how I should proceed.
I followed the information from the forum's to write an appeal, I did not get back a letter from the Car Parking Partnership, but only the attached response from I.C.C Legal services with no POPLA number.
AS I AM A NEW USER IT WONT LET ME USE ATTACHMENTS OR LINKS ANYONE WHO THINKS THEY COULD HELP ME PLEASE SEND A PM WITH YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AND I WILL SEND THE LETTERS ACROSS.

hi Bernato
You can post a broken link by leaving off the http:// or by putting spaces in - make sure any personal or identifying info is blanked out0 -
if you appealed within the correct timescales then complain to the BPA and DVLA as detailed in the NEWBIES sticky thread at the top of the page , attaching all correspondence and let them look into it for non compliance
ignore debt collector letters (also dealt with in the newbies sticky thread too)0 -
Send back something like this :
Discharge of keeper liability notice :
Thank you for your appeal rejection to parking charge number XXXXXX
As you have failed to offer an alternative dispute resolution service (POPLA) Code with your appeal rejection the registered keeper now discharges keeper liability under POFA 2013.
Certificate of postage obtained.
This usually coughs up a POPLA code by return post.Be happy...;)0 -
My mum was diagnosed with a terminal illness around that time so we responded after the appeal timescale.
They have basically said that:
"The charges applied to you by issue of the CPN relate directly to our genuine pre estimate costs" Which include operational & administrative costs."
"The Signage is BPA approved" With attached picture.
Our client has once again requested that we persue the recovery of the above amount... They go on to say we have 7 days to pay the outstanding amount, if not received they will proceed to the next step in collecting the money.0 -
Yep but then this is CPP who never do court...it's all hot air.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
