balance transfer for my parent onto santander credit card??

Simple question, can i transfer my mothers credit card debt onto a santander credit card with 0% for 29 months?

I know some card companies have this ability and some don't allow it.

I'm reading between the lines a bit, but is the Santander card in your name? If so, they're one of the companies who only allow BTs from cards in your own name.


However, the good news is they only ask whose card it is on the phone...so make the BT request online.
