So I've just had a proper look at my checkmyfile account

And the reporting on my Moorgate (MBNA) account from Call Credit and Equifax are different. My current status on Call Credit is DM (about 3 yrs worth of AR markers, then 4 of DM) but on Equifax it is marked OK. (about 2 years of OK markers)

I don't know if the following info is clear enough to read. I realise one is reported a month behind the other but does anyone know why are they not showing the same info (apart from the balance obv)

Because from the info on file, it looks like Equifax will show me ok from Sept 2017, and Call Credit from 2020 (6 yrs after the account is closed/paid off in full)

Any ideas why would it be like this? and which of the companies do I write to? (Call Credit/Equifax/MBNA/Moorgate)

You mention checkmyfile - just to double check have you also got a copy of your experian report from experian?

Who is recording the data on each credit file? is it in the name of moorgate for both reports? or are MBNA still recording?

On the Noddle account it's recorded as Moorgate.

On checkmyfile and clicked on the tab for Equifax.
And I have just realised what I did there. Its Moorgate on Check My file.

Its not being reported on Experian.

    I will edit original post!

You need to write to Moorgate and ask them.

Include a copy of each entry.

Don't waste your time asking the CRAs. They won't do anything useful.

I'd probably get a copy of your credit file direct from equifax (I don't think the data always gets transcribed across correctly to checkmyfile and there is a timing delay).

What is the date of default on your noddle/callcredit file? If it has only just been recorded then you may well find that it will appear on equifax at the next monthly update.

    Thank you both.
This one, (annoyingly) has not defaulted. I just have DM or AR markers on each site.
    I will contact Moorgate.
