Hi,
because some of my accounts are from a good few years back the HSBC are claiming they cant find anything and they only hold records for 6 years.
Will my SAR letter get around this issue and have i hit a dead-end?

You have a greater chance if you remain a customer of theirs and the finance is not too long ago.0 -
so sounds like i submit the SAR with a cheque for £10....does the charge cover both me and my wife at all our previous addresses?0

Your address changes are irrelevant, you'll receive everything they've kept on file for you as an individual.0
