Hi

I am so sorry to post this but could someone please direct me to the best thread to read re: a notification from APCOA, letters from Gladstones and a letter from Roxburghe re: an alleged car parking at Luton Airport (I actually stopped the car for 10 seconds because I started having a panic attack at the wheel, honest, you couldn't make it up).

I have ADHD and have been trying to read through the threads but I don't know which is the best to read - is there an original thread that would advise me what to do?

So sorry for posting this, I imagine my request will annoy some people so apologies.

    When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
    We don't need the following to help you.
    Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

    Search this forum for 'Gladstones' as keyword and you will see the letter to respond with. And read the NEWBIES thread about your options if you think your are 'too late to appeal' and the whole section in the NEWBIES top sticky about debt collector letters.

    You don't need excuses about why you stopped either - there are loads and loads of threads about people stopping at Luton Airport. It's not a crime and not a real PCN. No-one pays. Read other similar threads by searching for them.
    PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
