Cancelled order still delivered

The seller is still refusing to pay for courier to collect goods and is adamant I am in the wrong as she states that the manufacturer has told her that the goods are "made to order". I was provided with sizes and chose from those so can't see how it I classed a bespoke. The sizes are listed on her website. Am I within my rights to tell the seller that she has 7 days to arrange collection for her package otherwise I will charge her £XX per day as a storage charge?0

I wouldn't aggravate them any further. Simply say that in accordance with consumer regulations, the item is available for them to collect or arrange collection at a time mutually convenient.
You have your money back now, so it's up to them. The law is on your side. And the law supersedes any policy by Paypal. One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0 -
I would reply once more politely stating that the order bad been cancelled on <date>, had been delivered in error on <date>, and could they please arrange a courier to collect their goods within 28 days. Give them your contact details to arrange a courier at a convenient time.
If they keep replying, just ignore them.
After 28 days, you can probably charge them storage!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
Made to order (from a selectable range of options) is NOT customised or personalised. (Many retailers get this wrong). The section in the DSRs regarding cancellation rights are quite explicit about this, to the extent of mentioning dropdown list of selectable options (as I recall).0
