Contact if you've had credit file problem with Virgin Media

Hi,
I've recently had a missed payment logged from Virgin Media, under a month from the final bill date and during my house move which they were informed of.

I've had about as many call with these clowns as I can take - being called "Fella" on the last on did it for me...anyway I intend to become as disruptive as I can so let me know if you;ve had issues with them and I'll explain the plan...

    Did you cancel your direct debit?
  • Possibly, its the heavy handedness of it I think is inappropriate.

    All they needed to do was send a further reminder and I would have paid it, as I did on receipt of highly dramatic and OTT "Default notice"...
