feel dirty thinking this

banks have robbed me for years. if it costs the banks £400 to answer ombusmans claims? then show them how it feels when they rob you.

if everytime you get a charge you complain and bank dont pay and you take it to ombudsman the banks will soon be forced to do something


i mean every charge you get you make a complaint they either repay it of you take it to the ombudsman

ive just had a £30 charge for going £25 over over draft limit for a day

so ill be asking for it back


the thousands im owed is another issue but this is more proactive. everytime your charged complain.

any thoughts people??

This is not quite the case. A complaint is not chargeable until such times as the FO receives a completed and signed complaint form with the information they need to be able to start work on the case. This has always been the case with the FO and any registered financial business and has recently increased to £400 from £350.

I think you'd find if you did this with every charge you would find the FO would consider it abuse of their process.

It might also overwhelm the FO and delay other serious complaints. A better idea might be for a regulator to finally regulate and end the odious charging practices.. Only about 10/15 years too late!

i agree but money talks with banks, cost them and they will think about it
