I won slimming pills.

I would never enter for them, not do I enter for things to sell on.

I still have no idea how I won them… unless it was a runners up prize, but I don't really know why it would be!

A well known soup company tweeted that the next 10 to tweet will get their initials in fridge magnets.
I tweeted and they sent my initials. I was expecting something rather grand as they are a top company.
What I got was my initials in there 'stylee' on 2 floppy pieces of magnetic cardboard.

Last week I took delivery of a prize - a couple of lovely mugs and a seaside photo frame. The glass on the frame was smashed, I emailed the PR to thank them for the prize and to let them know about the frame. I expected them to say that they would send another but oh no...they replied:
Oh dear, that’s a shame.
I hope you can replace this, perhaps it might be better with a pvc film rather than glass.

the frame was filed in the bin!

I won some "lube" too , don't remember entering for it so possibly a consolation prize ?
A week or so later I won a years supply of batteries... now I'm not sure why but when I announced those wins at our local comping club meeting it was met with much hilarity

I entered for "volvic's christmas giveaway" chance to win bottles and bottles of water. keep fit gear the lot over xmas last yr... i was a runner up and won ... A Straw!
