MSE Newsletter Offer: Thompson Morgan still not sent order after almost 1 year

Last year I saw a deal on the MSE newsletter for a Magnolia and a Tree Peony for 1p from Thompson Morgan. The Order was placed on 15/5/13. I was sent some Peony roots (different to the ones I ordered) and a couple of foxglove plugs and was told that they made a mistake and the Magnolia wouldn't be available until Spring 2014! Spring came and after numerous emails when they promised my order would be sent within a week, I still haven't received the Magnolia and now they have stopped replying. After p&p the order came to £5 which I know isn't a lot but it's frustrating in the end I payed for something I haven't got! Did anyone else take up this offer and get their plants?
