Just gone into my email scree, left the laptop for a mo and when I came back, the screen was full of a set up thingy for Phoenix security. Never seen it before. It needs me to respond using F and arrow keys, so can't ignore it.
Not a clue whether this is legit, or how to continue.
Ideas please?
Thanks, as I am non techie.

A quick Google doesn't throw up anything useful. Are you sure it says Phoenix security?
Can you not press the Windows key, right-click on the Taskbar and select Start Task Manager and then End Task the installer?0 -
