Barclaycard PPI.

Hello,
I've filled out the Barclaycard PPI complaints form etc and they've attempted to contact me via telephone.
Have tried calling back at various times but always seem to be on hold; I appreciate no one has a crystal ball but if they try to phone you does that mean my PPI claim has been refused?

They may need additional info from you, if it was rejected I am sure they would send a letter.0

Banks don't ring to inform customers of the outcome of PPI complaints. They have eight weeks to consider your complaint and telephone calls during this period are likely to be seeking extra information or clarification of some aspect of your complaint.0
