New build kitchen appliances

Hi, does anyone know if you can add your own integrated fridge freezer when buying a new build with appliances included already? The fridge freezer is relatively small that is included and we wanted an American style one! If we bought our own do you think they would integrate it? As it will be a extra door/cabinet

If its one of the big builders then forget it - they order the kitchen cabinets in bulk, and the only choice you get are the doors and worktop.
Definitely find out who they use as their kitchen supplier, to increase your chances of a match.
If its a small builder then you may even be able to design the whole kitchen. We certainly did at our house. The builder had costed in a 'standard' kitchen (quite a high spec), and we paid any over cost directly to the kitchen supplier.0 -
You can't integrate an american style fridge freezer.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0

Hi, we are buying a new build and have our own inter grated dishwasher to go in (only got oven included). The builders (persimmon) stated they wouldn't put it in for us but they did order us the door to go on the front to match the kitchen (cost £30).0

Most developers round here use Symphony for their kitchens (http://www.symphony-group.co.uk/), don't know if that is on a national scale or not.
I also wouldn't integrate an American style fridge/freezer, they mostly look nicer as they are. You could maybe ask them if they could just leave room for it, leaving things out doesn't seem to be as large an issue as adding to it.0
