I have a Vauxhall Astra but the V fell off at some point.
I have a replacement - how can I stick it back on so it won't fall off when using a pressure washer or a bump in the road?

Superglue worked for me a few cars back.0 -
You can buy double-sided trim tape by the roll.
Did you buy a replacement letter from the dealer? If so, I'm surprised it didn't come pre-taped on the back. If it's from a scrappy, of course, then remnants of the old tape'll need cleaning off first.0 -
I just used hot glue when replacing the V on my old Volvo 940
Lasted for as long as I had the car, which was admittedly only a couple of years.0 -
call back to the dealership or motor factors where you got it from, and ask for a number plate sticker. its a fat spongy double sided tape. it shouldn't cost anything or at worse 50p. cut it to your shape and stick it on.0
