Co-Op Energy - bonus points - How obtained and what value ?

I am a co-operative energy customer and I had the same query - after a year as a customer, I had not received anything for the points which I assumed had been added to my account.
I eventually emailed them about it, and they said yes, I had points and I would receive them as vouchers. This took some time.
I then received a few pounds in vouchers, which I spent in my local Co-op shop. It wasn't very much! I was also disappointed, but the points work in the same way as the points on your Co-operative loyalty card.
