I base my financial decisions on exactly the opposite of what brit1234 forecasts.
It's 100% failsafe
Don't blame me, I voted Remain.0 -

Considering how authoritatively he predicted a crash though its a bit tough on anyone who believed him, but then, over on the forum hpc.co.uk the posters who say what people want to hear are the ones who dont get banned, so maybe its not entirely his fault.
Is it harsh for me to say that anyone who based the biggest financial decision of their lives on the views of a bunch of posters on a website calle HOUSEPRICECRASH.com deserves it? It'd be like a gambler going on to manunited.com at the start of the season and asking who's going to win the premier league.0 -

They should indeed, I certainly wouldn't want to be mortgage free whilst my mortgage rate is just over 1% (and tax deductible).Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

They should have asked on LiverpoolFC.com and had an each way bet (only joking).Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -
I doubt more than a dozen people in the country actually sold up and rented in order to make a profit from a crash. Seems strange that so many on here seem obsessed with the few that did.0

It's a fraction of those hoping for a crash that had no interest in buying except moan on an internet forum about high house prices and being locked out of upgrading.I doubt more than a dozen people in the country actually sold up and rented in order to make a profit from a crash.
