It'd be like a gambler going on to manunited.com at the start of the season and asking who's going to win the premier league.

    They should indeed, I certainly wouldn't want to be mortgage free whilst my mortgage rate is just over 1% (and tax deductible).

    I doubt more than a dozen people in the country actually sold up and rented in order to make a profit from a crash. Seems strange that so many on here seem obsessed with the few that did.

    It's a fraction of those hoping for a crash that had no interest in buying except moan on an internet forum about high house prices and being locked out of upgrading.
