PoPLA Charges

Options
Prankster complaining today about Patrick Troy stating that PoPLA is free when there are plenty of documented cases of PPC's adding the £27 to the sum claimed after an unsuccessful PoPLA appeal.

But this is BPA Ltd. stated policy. As Steve Clark said in the infamous LinkedIn discussion started by Kevin "Whiner" McManus:

"In reply to your query about whether you can add the POPLA fee to your Court cases, as far as I am concerned this would be permissible as it is a legitimate cost in resolving the dispute you have with the motorist."

On the subject of Whiner McManus, I see from his LinkedIn profile that before he started Ar5e Parking he was a nightclub bouncer. Figures.
