what can i claim back from my halifax credit card account?

hi people, i'd like to know what i can claim back from my halifax credit card account.

the interest i was charged each month is up there with the bank charges.

a list of everything that can be claimed would be much appreciated.

    You only can reclaim the unfair charges

    over limit fee / late charges etc.

    is there no cases of excesive interest reclaimed as its down the charges encured.

    i do not know how to work this out

    I wrote to Sainsburys, which is run by Halifax, and 'forgot' about a possible fee. My letter has been acknowledged and they have not asked for the fee.

    I think you just use the calc on the site for CC Charges as you would for a bank account, thats what I did anyway :D

    No because it does quote in your T&C's that you will be charged x for drawing cash on your card where as with the charges they dont say how much it will be

    is there a chance i could claim bk intrest that is because of the charges encured that alone is around 60 pound a month for 5 years

    also cash advanced charges

    You cannot claim back interest or cash advance fees, although you can add statutory interest when you take them to court.

    You can only reclaim charges which were imposed by them when you breached the t&c of your account, ie late payment fees, overlimit fees, returned payment fees, etc.
