im gutted, had my order all placed confirmation number everything and have just recieved an email to say its been canceled and the money will be back into the account

phoned next and they said they couldnt see the order at all in the first place and put it down to technical difficulties :mad:

to "make up" they have given me a vip place but its not til friday all the stuff i want will be gone

I dont think anyone should feel bad, I wasnt around when the codes were put up but at the end of the day anyone sitting here with a vip slot or not most probably would have ordered too... thats what its all about isnt it. Well done to those who did.

I'll still keep a peek out for a different code and take a chance - lol!

Ziggy Stardust - of course I will let you know. I would ring tonight but not sure if my order will be showing on their system yet. Assume it will tomorrow cos someone somewhere will be getting my order ready to send out ( or not as the case may be ).
I'll ring in the morning cos my VIP slot is 5.00pm so I'll still have time to order if my original is not honoured.
I too feel a little guilty especially as there are lots who haven't ordered yet - but at the end of the day if everyone is honest - if they had had the chance to order their stuff they would have done!

this whole vip thing is unfair they should either let everyone order at the same time and risk crashing the server or not have a directory sale and ship everything out to the shops. whether vip or not i feel it is unfair for the people that could not even get a vip slot at all and have to wait until saturday when lets face it there will be very little left.

Have just checked my emails and I have not received one like this yet - if anyone else does can they let us all know?
