I did think that items ordered online that showed full price and had sale in red underneath, are full price, because the vip time slot had expired, am I wrong to think this?
Yes you are wrong, get on that phone now and tell them that you ordered early as you had a VIP slot and have been charged full price. It didn't matter how long you had to complete your order just as long as you signed in in your allotted time. From what I gather thousands of people have had this problem with the sale price been written underneath but the price showing the original price, and Next are just adjusting their invoices. Get on the phone girl0 -

. Just out of interest where abouts are you? I'm not that far from Manchester city centre. It's so much better with no red dots, not much risk of having red pen marks on the clothes.
I'm near Norwich, which has a HUGE store, and there were no red dots to be seen at the main store or other stores nearby. It's great, as I bought a white blouse last year and when I washed it the neck went all pink!!
Most of my things that I ordered through the loop weds at 6pm are here, except 2x trousers and 2x rug (the things I wanted the most of course!)0 -
I ordered on Wednesday and Saturday. Few items arrived on Saturday and majority items this morning. I am still expecting 17 more items hopefully tommorow.:rotfl: I spent £260 online. I went to Charlton store on Saturday and spent another 50 quid. I went to Thurrock's Lakeside store on Sunday and spent another £140. And finally after Thurrock I went to Charlton store in the evening again and spent another 40 quid. :A   But I saved maybe £500 in this sale (my first sale ever).:rotfl: I was nicely suprised because I managed to buy many clothes which had been sold out for months on the internet.:T I have only one child but was buying also for my niece.;)
Do you know if I can return some items back or exchange them? Because I bought a skirt but it's big for me, I would need smaller one. Some of the items are very big for my baby as well, but nevermind, we keep them for winter or spring.:rotfl:
Has in-store sale ended already or is it still going on? As I don't think they can sell all of those clothes. Tons of them left in store. Or are these items going straight to Next Clearance? Are they starting to sell clothes from autumn range or not yet? I can't wait to see those lovely clothes from autumn range.
