Does anyone know if they have a swimwear skirt? .. you know like a beach skirt.. skirt you can wear over your bikini on the beach. I've looked but can't find anything. Preferably light blue, brown or white. Many Thanks :)

I ordered on line on Wednesday and some of my order was missing. However the delivery note listed everything the invoice no was missing for the missing items and also the item numbers. It indicates on there that some items will follow but it is ambigious. I admit they seem to have changed their regimes. I got the skirt I have been after for ages but it is coming apart in places so I spent half an hour getting through yesterday to their customer services and you couldnt call until after 10 a.m which was annoying. I managed to order a further one.

Yesterday i went into next and bought a few things, I was chuffed. However, I noticed, it was not as busy as normal and people were returning items which is not usual in a next sale. Anyway I went back today to take something back which said they were my size but did not fit and they would not take it, I wanted to say you mean because of the long queue - in sarcasm as there was only me in the queue and there were 5 tills open:confused: .

Anyway I bought some more stuff. Need to take some back. Do you all find that some things state they are your size and are too big, small or the right size whats that about? Plus something was marked up as my size the tag said it was a size too big and it was perfect . . . this shopping lark tires me out yawn . . .

I wish I could just buy something and it would fit.

I ordered 2 identical skirts but different colours - both size 12. The brown skirt fits perfectly but the red fits my mom who is a size 16!!!!!

I had a problem with the box for the promtional code a few weeks ago- as lots of you say it wasnt there. I emailed customer services and said I had a code for free delivery and couldnt enter it and they seemed to think the box was there! Strange. However they did give me free postage and i didnt even give them the code I was going to use:)

    Everyone should try it

I think the disappearing code box is down to cookies.

Try clearing them and it should come up.

....showing as full price on the delivery note!

Even though when I ordered it gave the full price and then said 'sale price' in red underneath.

    This happen to anyone else?

I rang customer services and they said lots of people were having the same problem and were ringing up about it. They think it's a delivery problem when the delivery notes are coming off ready for packing or something.

She said it should be at the sale price on my statement and if i wasn't to ring up again and they would sort it out.

The only problem now is that my next stmt is due out on 3rd Aug and we go away on 4th which is why I've got new stuff!!! Maybe I'll risk it and wear it and just have a major strop when my stmt comes if it charges full price!!

If you are unsure I'd ring back and ask to speak to someone who can tell you one way or the other - someone somewhere MUST know if you are going to be charged full or sale price!!

If you are told sale price take their name and make a note of the date and time of the call. Don't know if Next record all phone calls but if you are charged full price at least you are armed with evidence. Even if they don't record calls the fact that you have all the details SHOULD be enough!!!

I'd made sure I'd got her name!

I also told a little white lie in that I'd ordered by following a VIP link and I'd spoken to someone on Wednesday who told me if it said 'sale price' then that's what I'd get them al!!

I did order using a VIP link but it wasn't mine :rotfl:
