sorry for being pain

i have completed my order and wanted to pay by credit/debit card but cannot log back in becuse i do not hve my account number.

i hve tried to call the number that says it is open 7 days a week to be told it is closed!!!

grrrrrr

Everyone get yourselves down to the actual stores instead of waiting about here! Some amazing stuff, and a LOT of menswear which wasn't on the website was heavily reduced...superb sale....will probably go back tomorrow.

Hi all,

Just to let you know that I've received more bags from Next today so my 2 orders from Next have been honoured and all at sale prices!

I had the same problems when logging into my Next account with the available balance being incorrect but it's all sorted now.

So hope anyone who was worried feels a bit better after hearing this. I still have more stuff to follow so will let everyone know when the whole orders have arrived.

Oh yeah and I've also been to 2 of the stores today but only spent £54 (which after hearing what others have spent I think was pretty well-behaved of me LOL).

Right I'm off to bed now because I've been at work all night.

Quick question. I haven't ordered from Next before and haven't got an account. If I pay with a credit card am I still OK to return anything that I don't want when it arrives? Thanks

i think you have to have an account to order, in a previous thread there is somewhere a way you can get your account number instantly but i am not sure how
