do you have an account with them?
if so you can take them back into a store with your statement and have them returned free of charge, or if you are just paying with card, then they will refund them they only do not issue refunds if they have sold it with as damaged with a larger discount then they wont accept refunds, i work the next retail thats how we work it in the shop! off to work soon got to get the stuff onto rails ready for a 5am rush!

My Next courier is my next door neighbour so am hoping my wednesday pm order will be her first call this morning! If she drives past I will be gutted LOL

Not yet, It's supposed to be today for all the items I ordered that don't have a delay. My delivery man usually come saround 12 ish but I expect he'll be extra busy what with all use mse'ers.

I ordered mine on wednesday, though most was sold out(!) what i wanted, typical! and it said it would take 4-5days!Fingers crossed it will be today cos usually its quite quick.

I'm going to be looking out of my window all day ... am VERY excited. I thought hubby would be cross with the amount I spent but he was ok!He thought it was hilarious that I logged on for my VIP slot on Wed and refused to talk to anybody! I was in deep concentration!

I ordered on Wednesday at 5pm and all my order came through except on school skirt that wasnt on a delay. I do have two items I am waiting for from that order to come, anything from 5 days to two weeks the confirmation said.

My courier doesn't tend to come round until about tea time, so yet more waiting. However, my orders on Wednesday morning did have Friday listed as delivery day so here's hoping.

As an aside, my remaining credit has dropped again this morning and is now even lower than it was the first time - hopefully that means some of my 1-2 week items are back in stock :j

I bought hubby some bits but he'd previously chosen them himself ... even put a star by them in the catalogue like I had with my stuff! Bless him, he loves to shop!
