sorry to hear your not having much luck, the only way i could get it to work was to clear all of my cookies/temp files etc.
then click on the vip link and input all of my details it says refused etc.
then rather than clicking at the bottom i opened a new tab in internet explorer went to next.co.uk then quickshop and added the items i wanted and it put them in my basket at sale price!

hope that makes sense!!! and helps a lil bit?

Citizenbidet - I managed to place an order about an hour ago, using the same method as Twinkle just outlined, but didn't bother clearing cookies or temp files first.

I think the trick is to open a new next.co.uk window and order through that - mine all went through at half price. I didn't use spaces or dashes either, but have no idea whether that made any difference.

ok just made another order and limit went straight down so much for it taking 24 hours to show!!i will need to check again tomorrow to see if it has gone back up!

Thanks jalama, I've done exactly what you said and have managed to get 2 seperate orders in on 2 time slots. Will have to wait and see what comes!
