Hey there, the only way to get your account number is to ring Next up. Unfortunately they won't disclose it over the phone, so could take about a week to come through the post. Have you not got any old letters from them hanging around they always tell you your account number.

umm. just passed a slot to my friend, where does a delivery code go?? Does it have to be done before you start ordering??

From what I gather, you can't use a free delivery code when using a VIP slot.
