I agree with that
but the money would be refunded onto a 'refund card' NOT a gift card - and you cant pay your account off with a Refund card but you can buy lots more goodies with it !

Some of the stuff I ordered when it came this morning it was maternity and someone suggested I take it back to the store before the sale starts and I might get full price. So I asked if Sales Assistants looked at the price on delivery note or just the item number. Since then though it's been suggested that I just take the stuff back to the shop and just say that I've lost the receipt and don't tell them that I bought the stuff online!0 -
to redhead1,
just out of interest: do next employ staff just for the sales? i think a member of my family have done this in the past,it this true? thanks in advance0 -
Anyone got suggestions on the bridal wear? I got dresses a couple of weeks ago and they're now reduced to £20 from £60!
I haven't seen them in shops, assume you can only order them online, or can you order them in to the store? Would blaise802001's way work for me?__________________________________

I wouldnt query it ! You should be fine, just say you knew the sale was starting so you thought you had better return them now before they are reduced. It will be fine ! Happy returning !blaise802001 wrote: »Thanks redhead, I'm going to the sale on sat to get my kid's clothes, so will just use that. I'll let you all know how I get on later tonight. Hope I don't look stupid in store though as I've got some size 14xl trousers that were delivered wrong to me, some size 12 maternity bottoms and some size 12 petite crop jeans. They're going to think I'm a fruitloop!! It comes to over £100 full price though for the 5 items I've got to return you don't think they'll query that do you? I'm just gonna say my mum bought me and my sister some clothes and they don't fit so I want a refund.0

You can order things instore if they're in the catalogue, which I'm sure they are. Just say they don't fit, get your money back and reorder them. Don't be going into the same shop as me though!!! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:0 -
Yes thats true, I have some friends who will be working Fri, Sat and Sunday to help out - they only want to do it as they get to put stuff by on Friday to buy on Saturday. Just ask in store next time if you are interested..next_junkie wrote: »to redhead1,

Hi, I just tried to order via a VIP link but couldn't, it kept saying invalid login. I rung the number they give for internet enquiries and said my link hadn't worked and they took my sale order then and there!
PLEASING!:smileyheaRachel xx0 -
Sorry, I didnt mean you can order sale stuff into the store - unless you order online and have it delivered to store. I meant that the lady talking about wedding stuff - she could have ordered the dresses from the store, they are not just available to order online. Does that make sense ?next_junkie wrote: »thanks readhead1, really interested in doing that, will ask instore, another way of picking up lots of bargains,:beer:0
