WILS: remember yesterday i was asking about using quidco? well i used a slot around 6:30 that someone posted & i didnt even go through quidco to next but it still tracked my order!..

A BIG THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO POSTED THE VIP LINKS :j :j :j :j from us poor next customers who never get VIP slots but are desperate for new clothes for the children.

I thought i would just share this with you after trying from 5pm today i have finally placed my order 10pm!!!

1.At around 6.30pm i got in using the VIP link, i was just completing my order when my order system CRASHED same error as printed previously in the thread.

2.I finally managed to get though again someone kindly posted the 9pm VIP slot again at 9.31 just finishing order guess what CRASHED!!!

3.I THINK IT CRASHED BECAUSE THE TIME LIMIT FOR THIS SLOT RAN OUT AT 9.30PM this would make sence like earlier

4. I then used the 9.30pm VIP slot made sure my order was place before 10pm and guess what all ordered!!!!.

I can now return to normal, i need to apologise to the children who i got frustrated with when it kept crashing and they only wanted crisps and my DH he has gone to bed early i think he could not take the stress!!! just having a few beers to calm me down.

With the savings being made on all this shopping, the £3.75 delivery charge pales into insignificance really. Yes I know, this is a money saving forum, and many of us go to great pains every day clicking links etc. to earn those few pennies that add up, but think about it this way...looking down your long list of sale items, pick out 4 items that you really wanted, add £1 to the price of each of them and then think to yourself "Wow...thats still a bargain".

I agree, it would be nice to actually get free delivery (personally I couldn't even get the codes to work on the normal site, never mind when trying to get sale prices), but it really shouldn't be the end of the world if you can't.

My advice to those of you struggling to find somewhere to put the promo code is to focus on getting the sale prices while the stuff you want is still in stock.
