i'm following the instructions but when i put the code in it is coming up 'sales price' ut the actual price shown is full price, what am i doing wrong?

i placed an order today through the back door vip way and have not recieved email confirmation, am i the only one? i placed it at 5pm. thanks

actually i only joined today and got my vip order in through the back door obviously, register online and when you've finished go to contact us, click on that and when the account enquiry form comes up it has your account no. on it. i used it today!

Took me ages but got the order in and had a confirmation email about 1 min later - PHEW.

Am now going for food and to watch the end of Big Brother (sad I know)

YAY!!

Finally did it!! It seems to be down to my not correctly logging out of previous pages as the only thing I've done differently was open Next and keep clicking 'view bag' then cancel, then exit repeatedly. I'm assuming this logged me out of any previous next pages viewed. Then as previously advised by people I:

• Went through the VIP time slot link
• Tried to sign in using fake password etc
• It said it wasn't for me (which is what I couldn't get it to do previously, so if that rings a bell with you too....)
• I clicked on my account at the bottom of the page
• I went to quickshop
• I listed all my items replacing the last 3 digits with GV5
• When added to bag they showed the sale price amount as well as 'sale price' written underneath

So - for anyone still trying I'd advise to keep clicking the 'EXIT' button in the centre of the Next page after you cancel away from the basket. Do that with every/any Next pages you have open then close them all and start totally afresh from the VIP timeslot link.

Now I just have to figure out what to do about the £1400 'full price' order I stupidly confirmed earlier in the day thinking 'sale price' written underneath would change the price......

Whether to call tomorrow and ask to cancel the first order and risk being questionned about the second....or to just wait til it all comes and arrange to send it back again. :rolleyes:

Any advice?!

Got it to work twice now

Both times using a slightly different method to ones posted here (I think!!)

Make sure logged out of all next windows
Use relevant vip slot link + complete all details (any password will work)
Will tell you you are not allowed
Then click 'my account' at bottom of same window
Then go to quickshop
Use item codes as published (i.e. ending x39, G21 etc) - NOT swapping the last three digits to GV5 or anything else (this seems strange I know!)
Both times proper sale prices were given and order completed fine

Now bankrupt !

Hope this slight variation might help
