I had silly low vit d, b12 and iron levels so they want to see if the vitamins I don't take work I think

    Gitdog and Froo are related.
This mornings fun involved Pickle, a live starling, the help of 2 Jack Russell's and a deeply upset OH

Birdie was OK I managed to catch him.

Hope you feel better soon melly, I know what a wipe out migraines can be. And that you have found a bit of help to keep things going. You have to keep you going as well.

I took Gitdog out this afternoon after a very quiet day at home. He went into spinning lunatic mode in the long grass, still on the lead. He's such a plonker but his sheer joyfulness does make me laugh. Don't know about you, but for me there's something about having a pet even when they're being complete @rseholes that give you a reason to hang on in there.

I got a dribbly snog followed by a nip from Kev so he missed me.

Yes the multitude of pets help I usually get amused by one of them at some point during the day.

In the hangover phase now so home stretch.

Blood test tomorrow I hate needles a lot

    Ouch, that sounds horribly painful.
Probably because you're stressed and run down and your immune system isn't playing. Have you seen the doctor about it?

Might be worth checking with PIP to be on the safe side. Have CMHR not got their !!!!!! in gear yet?

Speaking of getting !!!!!! in gear, I'm sat here thinking I should be in bed as I'll regret it tomorrow but CBA walking up the stairs. You seem to be turning into a night owl. Is that your quiet time?
