Splashwall panels or Upvc panels.

Looking to get our bathroom refitted and have been looking online etc. We have been to B &Q for a quote (funny money) and the biggest expense (apart from the cost of the installation) was the splashwall which was just over 1k as I wanted it on all four walls because I don't want tiles. However I've had a look on ebay and they have upvc cladding style panels but they're only 5mm thick so I'm not sure what the quality would be like. They're also about a tenth of the cost of the splashwall, just wondering if anyone has this in their bathroom so I can have an idea of what they quality is like?

Had a look at your link - be careful what you buy - the word panels had me thinking it was wide but the description states 25 mm wide which to me is cladding !!! On the good side though description states 8mm thick not the 5mm you quote.
I would opt for the cladding instead - more value for money (I think)
and also watch out as the white sparkly (that my mum got) has quite a lot of grey in it.

I'm sure whatever you chose (panels or cladding) it will look great once finished - so easy to use, fit and clean.
Does not have any downside to it that I know of.Looking forward to the day I have nothing left to list on eBay0 -
Sorry, just remembered a company my brother went to when installing a new kitchen, they had the waterproof shower panels.
I know his worktops were great value so would hope their shower panels were the same.

Selkirk boards from rearo are decent
Multipanel from grant Westfield can also be had for around £80+vat per 8x4 board
Multipanel can be tongue and grooved for a seamless finish. Both still look like plastic but are durable and easy to cleanHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure0
