going to claim against Bank of Scotland

Can I

Put two accounts in one letter?
do I have to send ten pounds per account?
What address do i send it to?

No you will have to do it in 2 seperate letters and yes £10 per account and send it all off special delivery which cost £4.10

Wrong on both points I'm afraid, check the Reclaim Help Thread for the DPA address for the Bank of Scotland and you'll find it the HBOS address in Halifax.

If both accounts are with HBOS you can send one letter with the account numbers and one cheque for £10 provided you are named on both accounts as you are asking for information held on you.

Thats where I sent my letters to and also had to pay two seperate £10's

Yes it worked but was refused my charges. I then complained to the financial ombudsman whom took on the case and i was awarded the full claim back

I had my statements within 14 days with the edinburgh address. you can even take two copies of each letter into your bank give them one and get them to stamp, date and sign the other letters and give them back to you and keep them on file. Incase you need them at a later stage
