Hi,

I just wanted to give everyone a quick update. I was in court today and I am now finally bankrupt.

I had to pop in to confirm my name, address and that I understood what I was doing with the Judge who was very nice - as were the clerks I dealt with.

Just wait for my call from the OR now, but I already feel like a massive weight has been lifted from my shoulders.

Thanks for all the help and advice. And that goes to everyone - if it hadn't been for replies in this thread and the many other post I have read in the past months, I think the whole process would have been much more stressful and worrying.
