I am having trouble with o2.
I was wondering how I go about getting the credit card payment back?
- When i first signed up they put my address in welsh(I don’t speak welsh) and also misspelt my name. I asked for the address to be changed(they did) and also my name(which they didn’t)
- I tried to remove the age block on my phone using the online method on their website. It charges £1 to do this. Every time i tried it didn’t work and i was told to come back later, which I did. I have now been charged £6. I was told it hadn’t worked after every time. My card was blocked the first time due to this misspelt name, as my credit card(which was required for age restrictions) is my full name, where as debit is initials.
- Two weeks, five+ calls, seven online attempts and three store visits, and still the block is not removed. The latest shop I tried seemed to know the problem straight away and is now trying to solve it.

I suspect you'll find the credit card transactions are just authorisations and will drop back onto your card in a few days.
As for o2's customer service, I'd vote with your feet or go into an o2 shop.0
