Sunhouse ssh24a storage heater

Does anyone know if the sunhouse ssh24a night storage heater contains asbestos in the white panel at the front , also whats the material around the edge, looks like insulation that you have in the loft but is it the fibre glass stuff , I think the property was built in 1994, I am removing the storage heater, thankyou in advance
