What do you mean by a survey?

All you do with consumer pulse is enter your shopping for the month.

Do ya mean that when you tried to sign up with them online it then wouldn't allow you to carry on?

Finally got through to CP help-desk and they looked into the voucher mishap and confirmed that it was a case of human error on their part and that they should be sending the missing voucher out soon as there is a delay with Amazon vouchers.

i got a letter in the post this week and I have NO IDEA where it came from, as ive done a gazillion surveys on stuff!

Has anyone noticed points not being added?

I put some stuff in yesterday and today and although its going through and showing on recent transactions the points are not being added. I don't normally check but to be honest I'm wondering if this has been happening for a while as my points seem not as high as I would expect them to be but as they are not visible on the front page like they used to be its not as easy to keep check, I have just been trusting it especially as it pops up you have been awarded x many points this vist. I will have to check every time now but wanted to warn others to check before and after.

They did a big maintenance on the site this week so wondering if that might have something to do with it.

My daughter is a member and she is also not getting points added so it is not just me, thought I should warn you just in case you are effected too

Well this has been happening to my account over the last month. Points are added within 2 or 3 days when they are not done within the 24 hours they say. What I'd say to ya is dont worry about it, wait a few days and they'll be added. CP are the best around!!

You have to be invited as far as I know.
