One reason for not receiving weekly points is if you make 2 entries in the same week (I think the weeks run from Monday to Sunday). So if you make and entry on a Monday, then again on the following Sunday, you won't be credited for the Sunday entry.1

I rang them up today to query the points situation. The person I spoke was trying to tell me that the points on my statement added today are for my weekly checkout on 26.07.20, I'm pretty certain she is wrong as credits for purchasing and weekly checkout almost always credit the same day on Mondays generally plus the entry today under the description says 'Weekly Checkout 02/08/20' which I did mention to her. She asked me to wait until Friday to see if I receive the missing points and if not they will add them.
squiggles: If you don't receive your points by the end of the week you might want to give them a ring.1 -
Presumably you would still receive the 500 weekly checkout points for checking out at some point during the week?itm2 said:One reason for not receiving weekly points is if you make 2 entries in the same week (I think the weeks run from Monday to Sunday). I save up the information for any purchases during the week and almost always enter any purchases plus checkout on a Sunday every week and receive the credit(s) on Monday the following week. For the week ending 26.07.20 (Sunday) I did my usual routine of entering any purchases on the Sunday which would include checking out but only received points for the purchases. I can only assume there's a glitch in the system.0 -
I thinks as long as you haven't already entered data in that same Sunday-to-Monday period then yeschels said:

Toluna Insiders is not consumerpulse. it is another site.
Consumer pulse usually recruit through kantar - shop and scan. Do you do shop and scan too?0 -
No I don't - I've only really just started looking into survey sites! The link was on this forum and was for consumer pulse, so I just assumed it had changed names - oops! I've used Toluna before and never made it work so will delete my account, no harm done.Aesop said:Toluna Insiders is not consumerpulse. it is another site.
