For some reason i got this email yesterday but nothing has changed so not sure why they sent it.

    here is the email

    Dear XXXXX

We have noticed an unusual trend in the number of purchases you have entered on Consumer Pulse recently. Consumer Pulse has a calendar on the main purchasing page and one appears when you click the orange button next to the question 'When did you buy this?' so that you can enter any purchases bought during the period highlighted.

Many of our panel members find it useful to enter their purchases as they make them, to ensure that they do not miss anything.

    Many Thanks

    Consumer Pulse

i got this email as well... dont really get it to be honest... its not that you can enter anything without outting a date anyway...

Just noticed that you can now get an e-voucher for HMV. Wish they would bring back Amazon.

  • Does anyone know if consumer oulse have reduced the amount of points they pay out for each product ? I have atendency to save up my money for a few weeks and then buy lots of clothes at once. I have just entered 11 items on consumer pulse, as I bought 11 items of clothing on saturady, yet they only gave me 2000 points, which is only roughly 200 points per item. This is still very generous of them, but I just wanna make sure that this is a mistake on their part or if they have changed the amount of points you get. Yousto (Does anybody know how to spell yousto?) get 500 points per item. Thanks in advance for any help, much appreciated :)

Slick, you sure you never added anything at the start of this month or the end of last month (fresh week)

    How are my points awarded?
You will be awarded points for visiting the site on a weekly basis and telling us about your shopping. You will be awarded 500 points for completing the screen telling us about how many products you bought and then 500 points per purchase, for the first 20 items you enter in a month.
You will also receive 13 "telecoms profile" questionnaires a year and will receive 2,000 points for completing each one.

TIP: Once you reach you 20 max carry on adding if not they might remove you.

Do you have the name of this website plse? I did PM the person who mention it but they haven't written back & I can't find a website that is "youstu" or "usedto" anywhere.

    Many thanks. :)

:) Well, I think the OP meant that we used to get 500 points per item reported to Consumer Pulse. I don't think that there was any site called "usedto" or similar. The problem for him/her was the spelling of "used to", if I understood correctly. HTH.
