Is anyone else having problems trying to put purchases in today? I have been trying the last 3 days and it won't let me. I keep putting in all the data for the purchase and then click next and it starts me back at the begining againThanx

Me too, I've been trying all weekend. I contacted them this morning, but had no response yet.0 -

I had this problem too and found that the drop down box where you describe the item in more detail was going blank after I'd entered date of purchase. I found that if I re-entered the description after doing the date it all went through fine. I did this.
I asked for Primark vouchers. I saw they did them, and thought it would be good to have them.
The reply says:
"Reward vouchers are reviewed periodically. We will pass your suggestion to the appropriate department.
Thank you
Consumer Pulse Team"
Perhaps we should start contacting them and suggesting new vouchers. If you don't ask, you don't get.
I dont go in primark often, maybe once a year, but i'd go in more often if i had vouchers
They should do less......... well they have london vouchers more then anything, like the london eye, and for zoos, and madam tussauds. Its ok if youre going for a trip there, or live there, but not good if you live no where near london._Jen_0 -

You can only join if invited but you can register to show your interest and wait to be selected.

I love consumer pulse but the choice of rewards is really dire - there is nothing internet based - amazon, play, etc... effectively meaning anything I want to buy costs more.
I did send them feedback about it, hopefully sometime they will add some.
You would think it would actually be easier for them to administer just dishing out e-vouchers.

I just tried to register after being invited and was declined!
Does not take any password despite 'Please select a password between 5 and 8 characters'.
Tried in Explorer and Chrome browsers so must be an error on their website!0 -
