Been part of consumer pulse for a good 3 years i spose, although i've never backed of doing their surveys I didnt install this, it tracks your websites to see what you look at before you buy etc not being funny I dont want it doing that, they could look at what bank website you go on and see what you click on link wise, we have a similar thing a work when people enquire on the website we can pin point what they click on and we can aim at that side of their custom,

and as above not even with a bargepole ,sorry Pulse

I had Webview (from Natioal Shopping Mon itor) on my PC - IE - for several months and had no problem. But for about the last month or so have had mega problems with my e-mails and computer had really slowed down, so uninstalled Webview and hey presto everything is working fine again.

Just been looking at the reward vouchers and they have now added B&Q to them.

Wish they would have Sainsbury or Love to Shop on there.

That's great Redagila, could be quite useful. Wish they'd bring back Amazon though!

Does anyone know how many points we get for doing Consumer input?

im sure after a month we get some then every so many months but so cant remember.

ive looked on the website but cant see anything.

hi, i think it was 5000 after the first month but not sure how many after that sorry

From the original email:

"For installing the Consumer Input software and remaining active for one month you will receive an initial reward of 5,000 points. You will then receive 2,500 points every three months while you continue participating.

As a member of Consumer Input you will also have the opportunity to earn even more reward points by taking part in exclusive additional online questionnaires."

I wish you well, but won't be taking part myself. I have nothing to hide in my internet use, but it's just none of their business - though they would say it's precisely that!

I agree with you, droopsnout. I have nothing to hide either but am extremely uncomfortable with the thought of my internet usage being tracked. And the financial incentives just aren't enough in my opinion.
