Cast iron or black iron ( bare steel ). Coat with oil and burn in . Never scour just wash or wipe out . Last a lifetime !0

I bought a JML one and it was brilliant at first but after about two weeks EVERYTHING stuck - the rubbishest pan I have ever had!Jane

I got a electric Teppanyaki griddle for fat free cooking, will admit I didn't expect much when I got it, turned out to be the best bit of kitchen kit I've ever had not used a frying pan since.0

I have a small greenpan which is great, probably have used it 50 ish times and still as good as new .. and easy to clean.
Have just bought a Bergner ceramic griddle pan which is great so far (only about 10 uses, excellent for salmon) but not so easy to clean with all those ridges!
I very much like the look of the Teppanyaki griddle, especially as we like to bbq but always seem to choose wet or chilly days to do them!0
